One is to provide service properly and the other is customer support. Service field is a tough field. Sometimes during travelling to the customer place, it takes time and we have to keep up with the time. Sometimes we are stuck in service at other customer's place and we have to re shuffle the time. Sometimes spares availability is also an issue. All these things has to be managed properly and we have to provide service in quick a time and in a quality way and our Whirlpool Appliance service center in Nesapakkam has achieved this task.
