Candidate should have atleast 4 years of experience in Business development
Getting the business from the New clients, existing clients or from prospective clients by networking, advertising.
Convince them to get the projects from the clients.
Follow up with the prospective clients and converting them to potential clients
Have to handle team of Business Execut ive.
Should have knowledge of the market and competitors, to identify and develop the company’s business.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Education
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
An MBA is often requested as well.
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development E xecutive in IT Company.
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
