Duties and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize exhibition presentation and related aesthetic production.
Coordinates and facilities the aesthetic aspect of exhibition-making related to marketing and communications.
Plans, manages and orchestrates the entire workflow of exhibition design and production.
Overseas and executes other logistical and administrative aspects such as:
Preparing the exhibition design proposal(i.e. 3d walk through, visualizations, themes) and execution schedule with relevant contractor external suppliers and services;
Monitors and maintains the overall design execution process and work schedule;
Oversees exhibition design and fabrication;
Work with relevant exhibitions team on art work management services and design installation
Work with relevant exhibition team on exhibition lightning and audio visual requirement.
Mentors and supervise junior colleagues in the planning of execution of exhibitions and exhibition related product.
