Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise structural designers, production designers and stylist
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts from initial designs to final production
Accountable for the structure (arches, counters, stations, wayfinding, booths, lounges, etc.) and production (photo/ video shoots, performances, ceremonies, cocktails, galas, competitions, stage activities, etc.) for the company’s events (trade shows expositions, bazaars, etc.)
Lead and manage the design team responsible for the following task:
Conceptualization and sketching of initial ideas for structure based of the events concept and theme
Drafting of technical drawing in AutoCAD and /or sketchup layout
Plot structure, electrical, landscaping , etc. on the floor plan
Research cost of production , technical requirements, labor, electrical load
Occasionally design products and merchandise together with the in-house design team
Prepare concepts for the styling and dress up for the venue
Prepare music/ audio for radio plugs, videos, and background music for event proper
Help design team with design workload so whole team can meet deadlines
Liaise with constructors and suppliers; facilitate briefing and awarding, review and compare quotations, prepare payables and contracts.
